Auditoriums · Multiple cameras · Amplification system · Control room

Auditoriums designed for multiple cameras, speakers, and an audience that is not seated at a table.

An auditorium cannot be solved with the same logic as a meeting room: there is more than one camera, a different amplification system, and someone managing the room in real time from a control point.

The problem

A single fixed camera is not enough when there is a presenter and audience at the same time

Hybrid meetings in auditoriums fail for a different reason than a meeting room: a table microphone does not cover someone walking across the stage, a single camera cannot show the presenter and audience at the same time, and if no one controls the room live, camera changes and volume adjustments are left to whoever is closest to the equipment.

Ideal for organizations with

Companies that hold events, talks, or training sessions for large audiences and need the experience to work from the first minute.

  • Corporate events, launches, or all-hands presentations
  • Mass training sessions or certifications with large audiences
  • Expanded board meetings or shareholder assemblies
  • Hybrid streaming to a remote audience

Audio that does not reach the entire audience

A table microphone does not cover a presenter moving across the stage, and a simple speaker system does not project clearly to the last rows.

A single camera cannot cover both presenter and audience

In an auditorium there are two different subjects to show: the presenter and the audience. A fixed camera can only frame one at a time.

No one controls the room live

Without a control room and an operator, camera changes, volume, and presentation are left to whoever is closest to the equipment during the event.

Implemented case

Implemented auditorium, real configuration

This is the technical sheet of an auditorium already designed and integrated by Cynersis. Every venue is different: the size of the stage, the distance to the last row, and the primary use determine the final configuration.

Why this configuration

The 2 PTZ cameras allow switching between presenter and audience without cutting the stream. The acoustic mixing board of the amplification system adjusts sound according to the venue's occupancy, and the control room separates technical management from the stage, so the event does not depend on whoever is presenting.

The wireless multiplatform presentation allows different speakers to connect their own equipment without depending on a single format.

Why Cynersis

Design and integration, not just equipment resale

The differentiator is not the hardware — any distributor sells that. It is the design criteria: choosing the configuration that matches the venue and the actual use.

Venue assessment first

Before recommending equipment, we assess the auditorium: capacity, distance between stage and last row, acoustics, and the type of events to be held. The technical configuration comes from that, not from the catalog.

Real integration with Teams and Zoom

The auditorium integrates on the same video conferencing platform as the rest of the rooms, enabling remote audience streaming with the same access logic.

Support and continuity

29 years as a B2B technology integrator, ISO 9001 certification, and presence in Chile, Peru, and Brazil. The project does not end at delivery — we accompany adoption and provide ongoing support.

Process

How we implement an auditorium

01

Venue survey

Capacity, stage-to-audience distance, space acoustics, and the type of events to be held.

02

Solution design

Selection of PTZ cameras, amplification system, control room, and presentation method based on actual use.

03

Installation and testing

Hardware mounting, control room configuration, audio and video tests with the venue occupied, and user experience validation.

B2B decision

Solution designed for every team involved in the decision

Cynersis provides clear information for technical teams, procurement areas, and management evaluating the investment and continuity.

IT / Infrastructure Management

Seeks native integration with Microsoft 365 or Zoom, a clear technical standard, and lower reactive support burden during live events.

General Management / Board

Needs events, assemblies, or critical talks to work from the first minute, with professional image and audio in front of large audiences or external directors.

Procurement

Requires clarity of scope, equipment list, support modality, and comparison of alternatives before approving the investment.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about auditoriums

A large meeting room typically has one camera and a group of people seated around a table. An auditorium has a presenter moving across a stage and an audience that is not in the same position: it requires more than one PTZ camera, an amplification system with an acoustic mixing board instead of simple speakers, and a control room from which everything is managed live.
It depends on the size of the venue and whether the presenter and audience need to be shown separately. In a typical case implemented by Cynersis, 2 PTZ cameras were used: one for the presenter and one for the audience, both managed from the control room.
Yes. By integrating on the same video conferencing platform (Teams or Zoom) as the rest of the rooms, the auditorium can broadcast to remote participants with the same calendar logic and one-touch access.
It is a space separate from the stage where the touch interface is located, managing cameras, audio, and presentation during the event, allowing an operator to adjust everything in real time without interrupting the presenter.
An auditorium takes longer than an individual meeting room because it includes the control room, more than one camera, and amplification tests in the actual space. The exact timeline depends on the size of the venue and is defined during the initial assessment, at no cost.
Approximate capacity of the venue, whether there will be a presenter on stage and an audience simultaneously, whether remote audience streaming is required, and whether there is existing amplification hardware or cameras to be integrated. With that, a proposal can be oriented at no cost.
