Yes. Compatibility with existing hardware can be assessed, integration with corporate calendars (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) configured, and Zoom Rooms set up on already-installed infrastructure when technically feasible.
With a correctly designed room, the user simply presses "Start meeting" on the touch controller. They don't need to connect cables, adjust audio or call support. Correct configuration from the start eliminates the most common problems.
A Zoom license is for personal use per user. Zoom Rooms is a license to equip a physical room as a permanent meeting space, with a touch controller and dedicated hardware. Both can coexist in the same organization.
Cynersis offers both options: it can manage only Zoom licensing if the client already has hardware, or design and implement a complete room from scratch with equipment, installation and configuration.
